Prior to your first visit, we will attempt to find out what your insurance company will cover. Our financial counselors will go over this with you. We will then ask that you make regular monthly payments for your portion that insurance does not pay with the balance paid by the end of your 7th month. Please keep in mind that any payment information given to us by your insurance company does not guarantee those payments. We are in-network with most insurance companies; however, every policy is different. Please contact your insurance company to verify that your doctor is in network.
